I worked briefly for diaTribe where I authored and/or contributed to the following articles. Note that I'm a Type 2 diabetic ... so these articles are (no doubt) slanted towards people with Type 2. The article on how to reverse your diabetes ... called "remission" below ... maybe particularly helpful. I was able to reverse my diabetes within about 45 days using a combination of an LCHF (low-carb healthy fat) diet, exercise, and drugs (Metformin). Your results will certainly vary.
